The Dragon Story
Twenty five years ago, Michael Dragon III a construction contractor answered a newspaper ad for a local college for furniture assembly. He provided pricing to the local college and was awarded the job. From that point on every year he would do a few jobs for local colleges. After 15 years, he approached his grandson Westin Roberts, who had recently moved back to Indiana from Florida to see if he was interested in the Installation side of the business. After thought and consideration, Westin worked a summer for Michael and saw the potential of what the business could grow to be. In 2010, Westin started Dragon Installers, LLC out of love and pride for his grandfather to continue the Dragon name. The family business has continued to this day specializing in moving, installing, and staging furniture for colleges, hotels, government barracks, restaurants, big box stores, and numerous businesses throughout the United States.
Today, at the age of 86 years young Michael still has his construction company. Westin (Wes) still carries on his grandfather’s hard work and hands on approach to all of Dragon Installers, LLC customers. At Dragon Installers we’ve worked hard to earn a reputation of being the best! We work intimately with our manufacturers, universities and end users to provide a seamless and professional service that is second to none. Unlike many of our competitors, all of our workers are employed and trained by us; not contracted or scheduled through a temp agency. We understand that each job, each move, is completely unique; which is why a member of our management team is present on every job from beginning to the very end.
The future is bright for Dragon Installers, LLC and we have multiple services that we will be rolling out to the market. We are dedicated to keeping the values that assisted us in our start of the business in order to keep our Bright Future.
